Vermont Courts are corrupt<\/a>! They are a labyrinth of dangerous vagueness and complexity from the outset!<\/a><\/strong> The VT Judiciary\u2019s vision is: \u201dThe people of Vermont will have trust and confidence in the Vermont state courts because the courts are fair, impartial, accessible, responsive, consistent, free of discrimination, independent, and well-managed.\u201d<\/strong> The judgements that are given to Defendents for violation of Vermont law (sinners<\/a>) cause them to leave the court system spiritually distanced from the Living God- respect for authority is diminished. Blasphemy<\/a>.<\/strong> Language, word meaning, and communication<\/a><\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It is written: “In every case that comes before you from your people who live in the cities\u2014whether bloodshed or other concerns of the law, commands, decrees or regulations\u2014you are to warn them not to <\/strong>sin<\/strong><\/a><\/em> against the LORD; otherwise his wrath will come on you and your people. Do this, and you will not sin.”<\/strong> -2 Chronicles 19:10<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cThat if you think you have rights, you\u2019d be mostly wrong. That if you think, that when your rights are violated by government, that you can go to Court and get vindication, you\u2019d be mostly wrong. Because if you go to Court, you had better have an understanding wife, willing to spend years of your life, a hefty war chest, connected attorneys, and even then a lot of luck, because the legal system is largely stacked against you and stacked in favor of government, and the Rule of Law is actually the Rule of Arbitrary.
Because government mostly does not protect you. Government mostly does not serve you. Government is watching you. Stay out of court. It was here at this Courthouse in Rutland, VT, Judge Nancy Corsones (whose husband a Freemason<\/a>) was residing- I was held in contempt of court for bringing up my religious convictions, and if I persisted in my language, she’d send the bailiff over to arrest me. The power of the “pen”- Man’s laws v. God’s law<\/strong>?<\/a><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n

The Vermont Judiciary claims among its goals is to:<\/strong> \u201cProtect persons from the abuse of others <\/strong>and from the arbitrary use of Government power.\u201d<\/strong> <\/em>Sounds good to the itching ear<\/strong>, but the reality is they are totalitarian<\/a> in spirit.<\/strong> Take note that the State of VT brings all charges against the defender- This is not a People’s court.<\/strong> The Holy Scriptures have no authority with VT Judges when making decisions. Fact: Judges are not democratically elected<\/strong>. Vermont judges are appointed by the governor from a list of candidates submitted by the judicial nominating board. Judges serve six-year terms and must then be retained by a majority vote of the general assembly. What then is the moral standing of these individuals, and, consequently their impact on life\/society? What do they understand about reconciliation with God and society? The secular (nonreligious) <\/em>judges hide behind judicial immunity*<\/strong> to avoid accountability thereby making for the arbitrary use of power<\/strong><\/em>.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

\"\"<\/a> ArtIII.S1.10.2.3 Good Behavior Clause Doctrine<\/a><\/strong>– The subject of long-standing debate.<\/strong> There are no explicit requirements in the U.S. Constitution for a person to be nominated to become a Supreme Court justice. No age, education, job experience, or citizenship rules exist. In fact, according to the Constitution, a Supreme Court justice<\/a> does not need to even have a law degree.<\/strong> …And there is no religious test…. (ADFLegal<\/a>) \u201cOfficials in Louisville interpret a local ordinance to force Chelsey to photograph and blog about same-sex weddings \u2014 to celebrate that view of marriage \u2014 because she does so for weddings between one man and one woman. If Chelsey declines, she faces substantial penalties: damages, court orders, and required compliance reports. The law even prohibits Chelsey from directly explaining to clients and potential clients how her religious beliefs on marriage affect the photographs she can and cannot take. This includes expressing those beliefs simply on her studio\u2019s website and social media sites!\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

(ADFlegal<\/a>) \u201cBut when it comes to pro-life or religious organizations facing similar treatment, the mainstream media remains silent.
