Critical note.<\/em> Judges are unaccountable<\/a>. Lawyers are also unchecked:<\/strong> Those who are an active part of government de facto are committing high treason because of their deception against the government de jure. The lawyers with the “sharp” pens habitually write laws and definitions to the contrary of moral government already established; that is, the collaborators associated with de facto say that they are not committing treason. This is an attempt to conveniently maneuver around the death penalty. They calculate their take-over of the People knowing that the law-making realm is beyond the watch of the common citizen.<\/strong> \u201cBecause of what appears to be a lawful command on the surface, many Citizens, because of respect of the law, are cunningly coerced into waiving their rights, due to ignorance.\u201d <\/strong>U.S. v. Lawyer’s understanding of<\/strong> sovereignty-<\/em><\/strong> \u201cThe supreme, absolute, and uncontrollable power by which any independent state is governed; supreme political authority; \u2026 The power to do everything in a state without accountability <\/em><\/strong>(emphasis added), <\/em>to make laws, to execute and to apply them, to impose and collect taxes and levy contributions, to make war or peace, to form treaties of alliance or of commerce with foreign nations, and the like.\u201d -Black’s Law, 6th Ed.<\/em> This is the mindset of Communism!<\/strong><\/mark><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Now compare<\/strong> <\/b>Article VI of the Vermont Constitution <\/strong><\/span>states wor<\/b><\/span>ds to the sovereignty definition above: Vermont Constitution: trustee and servant- \u201call power being originally inherent in and consequently derived from the people, therefore, all officers of government, whether legislative or executive, are their trustees and servants; and at all times, in a legal way, accountable<\/em> to them.\u201d Vermont Article 3<\/a> <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Note about de facto:<\/span><\/strong> With secular and communist governments, if they have a constitution at all, it does not have any real influence because the true rule is at the whim of those in power. In these nations\/States the courts are not established for the purpose of providing justice, but for enforcing the dictates of those in authority. Also, the one who has the most persuasive lawyer(s) arguing their case can win because the merit of the facts actually have little to do with the outcome of a case.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

totalitarian<\/strong>\u2013 of or pertaining to a centralized government in which those in control grant neither recognition nor tolerance to parties of differing opinion<\/strong>; an adherent of totalitarian principles.  Syn. arbitrary, oppressive, tyrannical.<\/strong><\/mark><\/p>\n\n\n\n

usurpation- \u201cThe unlawful encroachment or assumption of the use of property, power or authority which belongs to another. An interruption or the disturbing a man in his right and possession. But he was faced with the realization that as a political statesman he had to violate the moral principles that governed his private behavior as a Christian. He reasoned that when acting as a servant of the state, a man was not bound by the same morality he should have as an individual.<\/strong> The state, it was argued, should not be judged according to conventional law because its responsibilities went beyond ordinary human values.\u201d \u2013Hitler\u2019s Cross, Erwin W.
