“Do you not know that you yourselves are God\u2019s temple, and that God\u2019s Spirit dwells in you?”<\/strong> -1 Corinthians 3:16<\/em><\/mark><\/p>\n\n\n\n

“Unless the LORD builds the house, They labor in vain who build it<\/strong>; Unless the LORD guards the city, The watchman keeps awake in vain.” -Psalms 127:1<\/em><\/mark><\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

(Example) Temple built by human hands; impressive feat<\/a> of engineering, however, not the Divine idea. They are meant to awe people with their splendor and magnificence, and in so doing to command subservience<\/a> to those who build them.<\/strong> God’s Spirit does not live in such temples<\/strong>! Elitists<\/a> who force their control over the right of conscience of any individual make themselves tyrants and slave masters.<\/em><\/strong><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n

What agreement is there between the temple of God and idols? For we are the temple of the living God. As God has said: \u201cI will live with them and walk among them, and I will be their God, and they will be my people.\u201d<\/strong><\/mark> –2 Corinthians 6:16<\/em><\/strong><\/mark><\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

The Holy Scriptures precede and trump any secular created lawful formalities of man especially that of the U.S. Constitution.<\/strong> Never ever think that the U.S. Constitution is a replacement for the Holy Scriptures or that you must go through the fallible Pope’s’ hierarchy to get to Jesus. <\/strong>Be born anew<\/strong><\/em>!<\/a> Watch The Intersection of Church & State videos<\/a><\/strong>. Undue influence-<\/a> improper influence that deprives a person of freedom of choice or substitutes another’s choice or desire for the person’s own.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

As a matter of established law in Vermont, The Vermont Constitution 3rd and annotation (critical commentary) has recognized the issue clearly: (excerpts) “…no authority can, or ought to be vested in, or assumed by any power whatever, that shall in any case interfere with, or in any manner control the rights of conscience<\/strong>… and that whoever attempts to control this sacred right, in any possible way, does it by usurpation* and not by right.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

*Usurpation.<\/strong> \u201cThe unlawful<\/a><\/strong> encroachment or assumption of the use of property, power or authority which belongs to another. An interruption or the disturbing a man in his right and possession. The unlawful seizure or assumption of sovereign power. The assumption of government or supreme power by force or illegally,<\/strong> in derogation to the constitution and the rights of the lawful ruler.\u201d -Black\u2019s Law Dictionary, 6th<\/sup> Edition<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

USURPATION, government. The tyrannical assumption of the government by force contrary to and in violation of the constitution of the country.<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Roman culture<\/strong> was not neutral with respect to the announcement of God\u2019s reign in Christ. The Gospel of the kingdom is not just about a gift. It is about a change of allegiance.<\/strong> The declaration \u201cJesus is Lord\u201d was understandably viewed as subversive<\/a> and a threat to everything the Romans held dear. That\u2019s why Christians had to die. That\u2019s why tyrants such as Stalin and Mao tried to stamp out the Church. \u2013The Threat of Jesus,<\/em> Rev. Robert Lynn<\/em><\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

If no God, where do your rights come from?  In his Inaugural Address, 1961, President John F. Kennedy stated: \u201cThe rights of man come not from the generosity of the state, but from the hand of God.\u201d If there is no God, your rights cannot come from anywhere else except the \u201cgenerosity of the State.\u201d The State, then, becomes the new god. And what the State \u201cgiveth,\u201d the State can \u201ctaketh awayeth.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
