The real purpose for motor vehicle regulation is to make for SAFE roads; however, all the licensing, registration, insurance that are imposed upon the citizens does not and cannot make safe roads. Safe drivers make safe roads. Drivers who think and drive safely who love their neighbors as Jesus commands. e.g. A safe driver does not allow oneself to fall into temptation by “texting” while driving, or drive while under the influence of drugs.
