Government de jure

Critical note. Judges are unaccountable. Lawyers are also unchecked: Those who are an active part of government de facto are committing high treason because of their deception against the government de jure. The lawyers with the “sharp” pens habitually write laws and definitions to the contrary of moral government already established; that is, the collaborators associated with de facto say that they are not committing treason. This is an attempt to conveniently maneuver around the death penalty. They calculate their take-over of the People knowing that the law-making realm is beyond the watch of the common citizen. “Because of what appears to be a lawful command on the surface, many Citizens, because of respect of the law, are cunningly coerced into waiving their rights, due to ignorance.” U.S. v. Minker, 350 U.S. 179, 187

Chuck Colson of Prison Fellowship Ministries (in 112 countries) stated that: “our Nation has become a lawyer-acracy. A nation of the lawyers, by the lawyers, and for the lawyers.”

Government de facto

 A government of fact. A government actually exercising power and control, as opposed to the true and lawful government; a government not established according to the constitution of the nation, or not lawfully entitled to recognition to supremacy, but which has nevertheless supplanted or displaced the government de jure. A government deemed unlawful, or deemed wrongful or unjust, which, nevertheless, receives presently habitual obedience from the bulk of the community.” –Black’s Law Dictionary, 6th Edition

Additional notes:” Such a [de facto] government, in its highest degree, assumes a character very closely resembling that of a lawful government.  This is when the usurping government expels the regular authorities from their customary seats and functions, and establishes itself in their place, and so becomes the actual government of a country.” -Supreme Law.org

Lawyer’s understanding of sovereignty- “The supreme, absolute, and uncontrollable power by which any independent state is governed; supreme political authority; … The power to do everything in a state without accountability (emphasis added), to make laws, to execute and to apply them, to impose and collect taxes and levy contributions, to make war or peace, to form treaties of alliance or of commerce with foreign nations, and the like.” -Black’s Law, 6th Ed. This is the mindset of Communism!

Now compare Article VI of the Vermont Constitution states words to the sovereignty definition above: Vermont Constitution: trustee and servant- “all power being originally inherent in and consequently derived from the people, therefore, all officers of government, whether legislative or executive, are their trustees and servants; and at all times, in a legal way, accountable to them.” Vermont Article 3 

Preface Black’s Law 6th Ed.- A Final Word of Caution- The language of the law is ever-changing as the courts, Congress, state legislatures, and administrative agencies continue to define, redefine and expand legal words and terms. Furthermore, many legal terms are subject to variations from state to state and again can differ under federal laws. The whole group of people found to be collaborators in the government de facto, regardless of position/title, are guilty of deception and lawlessness. Scripture says of these people: “but whoever does not believe stands condemned already because they have not believed in the name of God’s one and only Son [Christ Jesus].” -John 3:8b These people are seriously hell bound if they do not repent and become saved! coercion– the act of coercing; exercise of force to obtain compliance. Force or the power to use force in gaining compliance.  Government by force.
