It is written: “Righteousness exalts a nation, but sin condemns any people.” -Proverbs 14:34
“And what other nation is so great as to have such righteous decrees and laws as this body of laws I am setting before you today?” -Deuteronomy 4:8
Go to definitions government de jure and government de facto.
“We tend to think of the law as complex, something that only lawyers, judges, and legal educators can comprehend. Yet the history of the law can be viewed as a tale of human choices about the preservation of life, the protection of property, the exercise of individual liberty, the fashioning of creative knowledge, and other basic social concepts.” -The Oxford Guide- American Law, edited by Kermit L. Hall
“[Law] is the sum total of the rules men and women live by if there is to be any order. No society can last long without some kind of legal system. … [The Ten Commandments] are woven into the fabric of Western Society.”-You and the Law, Reader’s Digest © 1981
The Minds of Men “Because every law springs from a system of values and beliefs, every law is an instance of legislating Morality. Further, because a nation’s laws always exercise a pedagogical or teaching influence, law inescapably exerts a shaping effect over the beliefs, character, and actions of the nation’s citizens, whether for good or ill. Those who seek to separate morality from law, therefore, are in pursuit both of the impossible and the destructive. The question before us is never whether or not to legislate morality, but which moral system ought to be made legally binding.” -Michael Bauman
“Governments… in general… have been the result of force, fraud, and accident.” -James Wilson, 1742-1798
How do Politicians become Corrupt? Ben Franklin gave an address at the Constitutional Convention, titled “Dangers of a Salaried Bureaucracy,” June 2, 1787:
“Sir, there are two passions which have a powerful influence in the affairs of men … ambition and avarice — the love of power and the love of money … When united … they have … the most violent effects.” -Source William Federer, American Minute
Government de jure
A government of right; the true and lawful government; a government established according to the constitution of the nation, and lawfully entitled to recognition and supremacy and the administration of the nation, but which is actually cut off from power or control. A government deemed lawful, or deemed rightful or just, which, nevertheless, has been supplanted or displaced; that is to say, which receives not presently (although it received formally) habitual obedience from the bulk of the community. –Black’s Law Dictionary, 6th Edition
Critical note. Judges are unaccountable. Lawyers are also unchecked: Those who are an active part of government de facto are committing high treason because of their deception against the government de jure. The lawyers with the “sharp” pens habitually write laws and definitions to the contrary of moral government already established; that is, the collaborators associated with de facto say that they are not committing treason. This is an attempt to conveniently maneuver around the death penalty. They calculate their take-over of the People knowing that the law-making realm is beyond the watch of the common citizen. “Because of what appears to be a lawful command on the surface, many Citizens, because of respect of the law, are cunningly coerced into waiving their rights, due to ignorance.” U.S. v. Minker, 350 U.S. 179, 187
Jesus: “Woe to you experts in the law, because you have taken away the key to knowledge. You yourselves have not entered, and you have hindered those who were entering.” -Luke 11:52
Chuck Colson of Prison Fellowship Ministries (in 112 countries) stated that: “our Nation has become a lawyer-acracy. A nation of the lawyers, by the lawyers, and for the lawyers.”
Government de facto
A government of fact. A government actually exercising power and control, as opposed to the true and lawful government; a government not established according to the constitution of the nation, or not lawfully entitled to recognition to supremacy, but which has nevertheless supplanted or displaced the government de jure. A government deemed unlawful, or deemed wrongful or unjust, which, nevertheless, receives presently habitual obedience from the bulk of the community.” –Black’s Law Dictionary, 6th Edition
Additional notes:” Such a [de facto] government, in its highest degree, assumes a character very closely resembling that of a lawful government. This is when the usurping government expels the regular authorities from their customary seats and functions, and establishes itself in their place, and so becomes the actual government of a country.” -Supreme Law.org
Lawyer’s understanding of sovereignty- “The supreme, absolute, and uncontrollable power by which any independent state is governed; supreme political authority; … The power to do everything in a state without accountability (emphasis added), to make laws, to execute and to apply them, to impose and collect taxes and levy contributions, to make war or peace, to form treaties of alliance or of commerce with foreign nations, and the like.” -Black’s Law, 6th Ed. This is the mindset of Communism!
Now compare Article VI of the Vermont Constitution states words to the sovereignty definition above: Vermont Constitution: trustee and servant- “all power being originally inherent in and consequently derived from the people, therefore, all officers of government, whether legislative or executive, are their trustees and servants; and at all times, in a legal way, accountable to them.” Vermont Article 3
Preface Black’s Law 6th Ed.- A Final Word of Caution- The language of the law is ever-changing as the courts, Congress, state legislatures, and administrative agencies continue to define, redefine and expand legal words and terms. Furthermore, many legal terms are subject to variations from state to state and again can differ under federal laws. Also, the type of legal issue, dispute, or transaction involved can affect a given definition usage. Accordingly, a legal dictionary should only be used as a “starting point” for definitions. Additional research should follow for state or federal variations, for further or later court interpretations, and for specific applications. Helpful sources for supplemental research are “Words and Phrases” and WESTLAW. THE PUBLISHER -West Publishing Co.; Copyright 1990
The whole group of people found to be collaborators in the government de facto, regardless of position/title, are guilty of deception and lawlessness. Scripture says of these people: “but whoever does not believe stands condemned already because they have not believed in the name of God’s one and only Son [Christ Jesus].” -John 3:8b These people are seriously hell bound if they do not repent and become saved! Why people defiantly pursue evil and not the peace and love movement is preposterous!
(Excerpts Judge Helen M. Toor 11-28-12) Jury Instructions: “Do not research the law. Do not look up the meaning of any words. If necessary I will give you definitions of any other words or terms before you begin your deliberations.” Compare: Fully Informed Jury Association
Note about de facto: With secular and communist governments, if they have a constitution at all, it does not have any real influence because the true rule is at the whim of those in power. In these nations/States the courts are not established for the purpose of providing justice, but for enforcing the dictates of those in authority. Also, the one who has the most persuasive lawyer(s) arguing their case can win because the merit of the facts actually have little to do with the outcome of a case.
totalitarian– of or pertaining to a centralized government in which those in control grant neither recognition nor tolerance to parties of differing opinion; an adherent of totalitarian principles. Syn. arbitrary, oppressive, tyrannical.
usurpation- “The unlawful encroachment or assumption of the use of property, power or authority which belongs to another. An interruption or the disturbing a man in his right and possession. The unlawful seizure or assumption of sovereign power. The assumption of government or supreme power by force or illegally, in derogation to the constitution and the rights of the lawful ruler.”
Urgent Warning! sovereignty- “The supreme, absolute, and uncontrollable power by which any independent state is governed; supreme political authority; … The power to do everything in a state without accountability (emphasis added), to make laws, to execute and to apply them, to impose and collect taxes and levy contributions, to make war or peace, to form treaties of alliance or of commerce with foreign nations, and the like.” -Black’s Law Dictionary, 6th Edition Now compare this manmade definition of sovereignty to this: “Communism is power based upon force and limited to nothing, by no kind of law and by absolutely no set rule.” -Lenin’s Collected Works, Vol. XVIII, page 361
“For we know, brothers loved by God, that he has chosen you, because our gospel came to you not simply with words, but also with power, with the Holy Spirit and with deep conviction. …They tell how you turned to God from idols to serve the living and true God… -1 Thessalonians 1:4-5, 9b
Communism is not founded in a disbelief of God. It is founded in a hatred for God. Karl Marx, credited as the father of Communism, stated, ‘The idea of God is the keynote of a perverted civilization. It must be destroyed. …I wish to avenge myself against the One who rules above…” Vladimir Lenin, communist dictator of Russia, said “Every religious idea, every idea of God, even flirting with the idea of God, is unutterable vileness … of the most dangerous kind. … Millions of sins, filthy deeds, acts of violence and physical contagions … are far less dangerous than the subtle, spiritual idea of God.”
Summary: Government de jure. A government deemed lawful, or deemed rightful or just, which, nevertheless, has been supplanted or displaced; that is to say, which receives not presently (although it received formally) habitual obedience from the bulk of the community. –Black’s Law Dictionary, 6th Edition

“Western Christianity” has now been filtered through 2000 years of traditions born in ignorance of the land, language, and culture of the True Bible. The conclusion: “The Church has surrendered her once lofty concept of God and has substituted for it one so low, so ignoble, as to be utterly unworthy of thinking, worshipping men.”
“However arrogant the world, Jesus Christ is King. There’s nothing anybody can do about it. Psalm 2 says ‘Why do the heathen rage? I have set my King upon my holy hill of Zion’. They may revolt, but His kingship and throne will never be moved. Democracy decreed Christ’s death but not His Kingship. ‘He IS Lord’. Some mistakenly assume Christians gain control of the cities and the nations, ‘binding their kings in chains’, so that Christ can take over. But we don’t organize the Kingdom of God and then invite Christ to rule. Only God the Father will do that. (Ps.2, Hebrews 1:13). The world wasn’t ready the first time, and won’t be ready the next time, but He will come just the same. He offers us the privilege of being in His kingdom. ‘Except a man be born again he cannot see the kingdom of God.” There will be a crowning day for those who live for Christ. (2 Timothy 4:8) He will crown them, but they will never crown Him. God’s richest blessings.” REINHARD BONNKE

President Harry S. Truman addressed the Attorney General’s Office Conference, 1950: “The fundamental basis of our Bill of Rights comes from the teachings we get from Exodus and St. Paul. I don’t think we emphasize that enough these days. If we don’t have a proper fundamental moral background, we will finally end up with a totalitarian government which does not believe in rights for anybody except the State.”
“The rule of law refers to the regulation of the relationship between the state and individuals by pre-established and knowable laws. The state, no less than the individuals it governs, must be subject to and obey the law. The state’s obligation to obey the law is central to the very existence of the rule of law. Without this obligation, there would be no enforceable limit on the state’s power over individuals….” (duhaime.org)
“We have staked the whole future of American civilization, not upon the power of government, far from it. We have staked the future of all of our Institutions upon the capacity of mankind for self government, upon the capacity of each and all of us to govern ourselves, to control ourselves, to sustain ourselves according to the Ten Commandments of God.” – 4th U.S. Pres. James Madison
“…the purpose of a devout and united people was set forth in the pages of the Bible…(1) to live in freedom. “The mind of sinful man is death, but the mind controlled by the Spirit is life and peace; the sinful mind (carnal mind) is hostile to God. It does not submit to God’s laws, nor can it do so. Those controlled by the sinful nature cannot please God.” -Romans 8:6-8
Artifice. AN INGENIOUS CONTRIVANCE OR DEVICE OF SOME KIND, AND, WHEN USED IN A BAD SENSE, IT CORRESPONDS WITH TRICK OR FRAUD. IT IMPLIES CRAFTINESS AND DECEIT, AND IMPORTS SOME ELEMENT OF MORAL OBLIQUITY. –Black’s Law Dictionary, 6th Edition

“If the First Reich prepared the way for Hitler by unifying church and state, the Second Reich contributed to the paralysis of the church by teaching that there must be a split between private and public morality*. Otto von Bismarck (The shrewd premier of Prussia) claimed to have had a conversion experience to Christianity while visiting in the home of some pietistic friends. But he was faced with the realization that as a political statesman he had to violate the moral principles that governed his private behavior as a Christian. He reasoned that when acting as a servant of the state, a man was not bound by the same morality he should have as an individual. The state, it was argued, should not be judged according to conventional law because its responsibilities went beyond ordinary human values.” –Hitler’s Cross, Erwin W. Lutzer
